Administrative Specialist, Laci Management

Job Title: ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST(AS)
Location: Virtual (position that can be conducted from any part of the globe as long as you have internet access)
Availability: Full/Part Time
Salary: Negotiable

JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, your main role will be to provide administrative support to all the business functions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executive Support; Supporting EA as and when required with creating strategic reports, coordinating presidents schedule, meetings, and travel arrangement
• Projects Support; supporting Projects Specialist with managing multiple projects simultaneously
• HR Support; Preparing interview documents, assisting in creating job posts, posting and managing job ads, typing offer letters, preparing timesheets for payroll
• Finance Support; tracking budget, tracking expenses

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 
• At least 1 year experience providing professional administrative support  (Business functions experience in projects, HR, marketing, finance all an asset)
• Certificate, Diploma, or degree in Business Administration (an asset but not required, training is provided)
